In the 8thth minute of the game Long Stora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, OLYMPIACOS FC's Vinicio Laurendi got a free kick in the 10th minute. When ViCeNzA's Clodoveo Cayo in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye OLYMPIACOS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ovidio Oto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matías Hernández went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ovidio Oto came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by ViCeNzA's Long Stora. But to his dismay, Long Stora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ovidio Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Flores in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, ViCeNzA's Matías Hernández nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Oto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Clodoveo Cayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. ViCeNzA's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Cayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Oto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the game, ViCeNzA's Matías Hernández nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Oto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 40th minute, Clodoveo Cayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidio Oto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Matías Hernández took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidio Oto. Ovidio Oto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Long Stora to strike the kick off in the second half. Ovidio Oto made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Matías Hernández sent off a good shot on target. Ovidio Oto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Cayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Long Stora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Long Stora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ovidio Oto. That made the score 0-8 in the 56 minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Wellington Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Ovidio Oto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to OLYMPIACOS FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Evaristo Kaiet hit a great ball. ViCeNzA's Robert Moreau was substituted for Matías Hernández. In the 68th match minute, OLYMPIACOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Kaiet to maneuver through the defense. Ovidio Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Cayo in the 69th minute of play. Sergio Livingstone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Guilabertus in the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, ViCeNzA's Long Stora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Oto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Vinicio Laurendi charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Laurendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes OLYMPIACOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Laurendi. Ovidio Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Long Stora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Cayo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Oto. OLYMPIACOS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Cayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. 80 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Oto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Long Stora. OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Cayo in the 84th minute of play. Ovidio Oto made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Ronald Nataprawira sent off a good shot on target. ViCeNzA's Sergio Livingstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Bermudez in the 94th minute of play. ViCeNzA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
