An unexpectedly hard shot by Nimród Tálas in the 8th minute of play forced Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Ercole Armellini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Nimród Tálas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ercole Armellini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Salgó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Roberto Seppmann hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csongor Tálas in the 30th minute of play forced Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Ercole Armellini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, László Salgó ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ercole Armellini was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 44 played minutes Vérsárkány SE got a freekick which was hit by Ateş Yavuzer. Hugó Bøss blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aybars Cihannur having to make a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Máté Kőváry made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, László Salgó got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute Academica Pulheim were awarded a corner. Alex Mansilha went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Academica Pulheim's Ralph Wickede getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Ercole Armellini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nimród Tálas. In the 67th minute, Hugó Bøss made a precise shot to the right of Aybars Cihannur. Vérsárkány SE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 71 minutes into the match, Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Ercole Armellini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nimród Tálas. Alex Mansilha kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Aybars Cihannur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lutz Golke's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Mansilha in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aybars Cihannur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Hugó Bøss came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vérsárkány SE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alex Mansilha was slow to take the kick. During this time Academica Pulheim's players had a chance to rest. Ralph Wickede received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Aybars Cihannur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ercole Armellini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Salgó in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Wickede in the 85th minute of play forced Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper Aybars Cihannur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
