The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carel Rokeloos made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Loukas Kritikos got a free kick in the 57th minute. MORPH's Paulo Eguen was substituted for Carel Rokeloos. MORPH's Delmar Udalaitz was substituted for Feliciano Telo. A collision led to ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Loukas Kritikos hit a great ball. Viriato Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Gustafson in the 60th minute of the match. Babbis Samiamidis thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Viriato Cruz, a very annoying self made goal in the 61st minute which led to 3-0. 65 minutes into the match, MORPH's goalkeeper Melquiades Mambru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Gonçalves. Paulo Eguen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute Paulo Eguen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Mambru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Viriato Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Eguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the game, Paulo Eguen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Viriato Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Melquiades Mambru made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Kyriakos Georgopoulos sent off a good shot on target. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Viriato Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Eguen in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Paulo Eguen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viriato Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Melquiades Mambru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kyriakos Georgopoulos in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MORPH.
