After 6 minutes KAMILOS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Donato Dossena who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of KAMILOS's goalie and right to Ettore Varglien. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. KAMILOS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ettore Varglien in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Alström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pitt Frøne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Blicharz in the 18th minute of play. Ettore Varglien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaroslaw Majdoch during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of PICCOLE PESTI booed when KAMILOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslaw Majdoch didn't get a good kick on the ball. KAMILOS were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
