Kim Bolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Olsson having to interfere. Andrzej Badanowski scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mike Axisa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Bolas in the 20th minute of play forced Linköpings AIK's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Kim Bolas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimmy Olsson. Linköpings AIK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kim Bolas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Bolas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimmy Olsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kim Bolas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kim Bolas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kim Bolas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Jimmy Olsson made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Bolas in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimmy Olsson saved Linköpings AIK from getting behind. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Linköpings AIK's goalie and right to Fabian Duca. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Linköpings AIK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Linköpings AIK from getting a goal against them. Selman Onkal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Jimmy Olsson made a huge save. Sliema Dragons FC's Gábor Illés managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albin Nilsson in the 84 minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Leszek Cupial reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jimmy Olsson. The goal made the score 2-4. Sliema Dragons FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
