Bogdan Poreda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Oardă having to interfere. Dinu Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Kucharski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogdan Poreda made a great header on Legia Warszawa 【L】's corner, it was just that MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă managed to reach the ball for a save. 31 minutes into the game, Victor Lucila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Lech Latkiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Mihăiţă Moisil quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugon Niziolek, made in the 37th minute of the game. In the 38th minute Cezary Kucharski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Oardă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Lucila took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lech Latkiewicz. Lech Latkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Liviu Frumușanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dinu Oardă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lech Porajewski in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Legia Warszawa 【L】 were awarded a corner. Bogdan Poreda went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's goalie and right to Szymon Grunwalski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Liviu Frumușanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Lech Latkiewicz made a huge save.
