FC Hugo's Taavi Kapsi got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, FC Hugo's Riivo Paat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Hurko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 20 minutes into the match, Riivo Paat notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Liberland's Carmelo Hurko. Carmelo Hurko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute, Riivo Paat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carmelo Hurko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riivo Paat, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavi Kapsi in the 29th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Carmelo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Silvestre Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Silvestre Hitzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Illimar Sulg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riivo Paat scored 0-6 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Hurko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Taavi Kapsi came free, but Carmelo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liberland's Carmelo Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paavo Peet in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Hitzeder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Norberto Gergori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riivo Paat in the 58th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Carmelo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Illimar Sulg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvestre Hitzeder's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Carmelo Hurko was a little too slow when Riivo Paat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-9. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Albino Primo hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Hugo's Andre Emapoeg tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, FC Hugo's Carmelo Hurko threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Taavi Kapsi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 75 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Riivo Paat came free, but Carmelo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Taavi Kapsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tauri Veeru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Carmelo Hurko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Liberland defense, Helari Põldmaa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Hurko. The Liberland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Hurko should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Helari Põldmaa got free with Carmelo Hurko in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helari Põldmaa in the 88th minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Carmelo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Louis hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Carmelo Hurko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taavi Kapsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Carmelo Hurko made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Helari Põldmaa sent off a good shot on target. Riivo Paat's late challenge caught a Liberland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Riivo Paat helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Riivo Paat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Liberland getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. German Louis hit a great ball.
