Tobias Pepillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvard Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Shen Yi Yuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chicão Cerezo in the 14th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Augusto Stephen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tobias Pepillo, 1-1. Shen Yi Yuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Poling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Compostela FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Carlsson came free, but Tobias Pepillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Pepillo was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Edvard Carlsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edvard Carlsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 31st minute Jaroslaw Niezgoda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shen Yi Yuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shen Yi Yuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Kornatowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Chicão Cerezo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Compostela FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chicão Cerezo couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Boruc Poling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shen Yi Yuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Compostela FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Seco. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaroslaw Niezgoda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Goblins F.C.'s goalkeeper Shen Yi Yuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chicão Cerezo. In the 57th minute of the match, Jaroslaw Niezgoda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Shen Yi Yuan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda in the 60th minute of the match. Compostela FSCMZ's Tobias Pepillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Stephen in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Compostela FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Stephen was slow to take the kick. During this time Goblins F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Augusto Stephen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tobias Pepillo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Goblins F.C. were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Compostela FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Stephen took the corner. The supporters of Goblins F.C. booed when Compostela FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Fabiani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Compostela FSCMZ made a substitution. Naldo Figueiredo replaced Alexander Fabiani. Compostela FSCMZ's Remo Alagoano was substituted for Robert Kornatowski. With a little luck, Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan got control of the ball when Chicão Cerezo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remo Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Shen Yi Yuan made a huge save. In the 90th minute of the match, Remo Alagoano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Shen Yi Yuan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raí Peres in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Compostela FSCMZ were awarded a corner.
