A collision led to Águilas Poblanas getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Cristian Papo hit a great ball. Hudson Gaúcho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jacinto Galeno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Wellington Pires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Austra VFC's Hudson Gaúcho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Austra VFC from getting a goal against them.

Austra VFC made a substitution. Yaroslav Lyubar replaced Tomé Damião. Águilas Poblanas made a substitution. Iker Urti replaced Godofredo Hibai.
