In the 42nd minute, Pascal Combs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yetkin Emek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Wilbur Hyde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yetkin Emek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Yetkin Emek 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as El Branca del Vieja's Yetkin Emek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilbur Hyde. That made the score 1-2 after 54 minutes of play. Wilbur Hyde came out of the goal and Yetkin Emek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Branca del Vieja made a substitution. Mauro Milano replaced Yetkin Emek. Matthew Medrano kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, El Canalla de Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Medrano to maneuver through the defense. Mauro Milano might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilbur Hyde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Milano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4.
