Joaquim Vilar started the match with the kick off. Lennart Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Lopez in the 7th minute of the match. Jörgen Vennersten hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, El Canalla de Chicago's Joaquim Vilar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lennart Johansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wilbur Hyde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Mendiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lilla Jordberga BK's Lennart Johansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 19th minute of play. Lilla Jordberga BK's Odysseas Kondilis came free and shot a quick shot against goal 21 minutes in the game, fortunately Wilbur Hyde had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Joaquim Vilar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lennart Johansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Wilbur Hyde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Aguilar in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Lopez in the 27th minute of play forced Lilla Jordberga BK's goalkeeper Lennart Johansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Matthew Medrano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthew Medrano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38thth minute of the game Domingo Lopez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lilla Jordberga BK's Lennart Johansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Mendiko in the 40th minute of play. When Lilla Jordberga BK's Roque Aguilar in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Canalla de Chicago's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 47 in the game by Odysseas Kondilis from a close distance when the talented Wilbur Hyde managed to make a qualified save. El Canalla de Chicago's players were relieved. Matthew Medrano hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Odysseas Kondilis to make the kick off. Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odysseas Kondilis in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Mendiko in the 55th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Joaquim Vilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th match minute, El Canalla de Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfred Noel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Aguilar in the 65th minute of play forced El Canalla de Chicago's goalkeeper Wilbur Hyde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Mendiko came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, El Canalla de Chicago's Joaquim Vilar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lennart Johansson. Lennart Johansson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. El Canalla de Chicago's Andreas Sanchez was substituted for Matthew Medrano. In the 81st minute, Jorge Mendiko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lilla Jordberga BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 84 played minutes Lilla Jordberga BK got a freekick which was hit by Marko Lindholm. When Lilla Jordberga BK's Odysseas Kondilis in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the final whistle went the supporters of El Canalla de Chicago were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Lilla Jordberga BK side.
