Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Kroton F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gernando Azevedo took the corner. Gernando Azevedo was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gernando Azevedo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Martin Eriksson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Gernando Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kroton F.C.'s Martin Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Kroton F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Azevedo came free, but Martin Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Quexal hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kroton F.C.'s Martin Eriksson got control of the ball when Gernando Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gernando Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Eriksson was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Result 2-0. 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Gernando Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Messias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro got control of the ball when Cristiano Chitarroni tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Gernando Azevedo notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Kroton F.C.'s Martin Eriksson. Martin Eriksson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Martin Eriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gernando Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Kroton F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Azevedo came free, but Martin Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
