After 38 played minutes Characate FC got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Gaxan. Osvaldo Daunte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edílson Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fifth Chicken's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mieszko Borkowski in the 42nd minute. After taking down the ball on Fifth Chicken's corner Mieszko Borkowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Osvaldo Daunte quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Characate FC's Osvaldo Daunte got control of the ball when Edílson Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edílson Souza made a kick off. A collision led to Fifth Chicken getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Edílson Souza hit a great ball. Fifth Chicken's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
