Åge Undheim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otávio Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Åge Undheim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otávio Meirelles's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Belmiro de Godoi charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Åge Undheim didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Cauan do Nascimento shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Torgeir Gjermundsen to strike the kick off in the second half. Åge Undheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Alessandro Berger got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to AEK FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Atle Romundstad managed to get in a good position for a shot. AEK FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Atle Romundstad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizão Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luizão Diniz was a little too slow when Ole Lorentzen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 3-1. Luizão Diniz made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Atle Romundstad sent off a good shot on target. Steffen Skramstad kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Åge Undheim came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Otávio Meirelles. But to his dismay, Otávio Meirelles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
