Bengt-Arne Åberg scored 9-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergio Goicoechea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka had won after a very even match.
