The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Furlan got free with Luiz Heidemann in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Heidemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Furlan in the 7th minute of play. After 8 minutes Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilmar Furlan who took care of the corner kick. Konrad Witkowski in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Heidemann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 11 played minutes The Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Woodrow Walls. After 16 played minutes The Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Filip Marud. With a little luck, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Luiz Heidemann got control of the ball when Woodrow Walls tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luiz Heidemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Furlan in the 23rd minute of play. Luiz Heidemann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Furlan in the 25th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes The Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Ranowiecki. Woodrow Wallss short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Luiz Heidemann to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Furlan in the 33rd minute of play forced Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Heidemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Woodrow Walls had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilmar Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ronaldinho Dracena hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustacio Hotz to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Woodrow Walls notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's Luiz Heidemann. Luiz Heidemann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the game, The Vikings's Gilmar Furlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Heidemann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Fan Rong Xiao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustacio Hotz in the 64th minute. Luiz Heidemann came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by The Vikings's Gilmar Furlan. But to his dismay, Gilmar Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Eustacio Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fan Rong Xiao having to interfere. The Vikings's Jan Fasoli was substituted for Gilmar Furlan. Fan Rong Xiao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Dracena in the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Jan Fasoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Heidemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Fasoli in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Heidemann saved Heidemann FC - FSCMZ from getting behind. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Jan Fasoli sped through Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Heidemann. 92 minutes into the match, Hugon Jaworski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Heidemann. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugon Jaworski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The Vikings fully deserved thier win.
