In the 5th minute Ricky Kalischer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 邓真义 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 邓真义 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricky Kalischer in the 12th minute of play. Canalla Fuego's Ricky Kalischer got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Andres Calamaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Psycho-Circus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canalla Fuego the free kick. If Silverio Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Calamaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Calamaro in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Benvido saved Canalla Fuego from getting behind. Ricky Kalischer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Benvido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio-Paul Caniggia's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 邓真义 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diguinho Paraíba in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on Canalla Fuego's corner Diguinho Paraíba fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 邓真义 quite easily take care of the ball. In the 35th minute of the match, Aristides Villanueva got a very nice opportunity to score, but 邓真义 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ricky Kalischer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Calamaro in the 41st minute of play forced Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Clemente Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Calamaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio-Paul Caniggia was the one to do the kick off. Andres Calamaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Clemente Benvido made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Canalla Fuego's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio-Paul Caniggia came free, but Clemente Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Claudio-Paul Caniggia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Benvido was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. With a little luck, Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido got control of the ball when Andres Calamaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Calamaro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Clemente Benvido when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andres Calamaro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Clemente Benvido skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 82 played minutes Psycho-Circus got a freekick which was hit by 孟思宇. Psycho-Circus made a substitution. Alexis MacAlister replaced Adolfo Salvino. 孟思宇 hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Canalla Fuego's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio-Paul Caniggia came free, but Clemente Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Benvido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Petrigai in the 91st minute of the match. A hard shot 95 in the game by Isaias Serapio from a close distance when the talented Clemente Benvido managed to make a qualified save. Canalla Fuego's players were relieved.
