When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Claudio-Paul Caniggia sped through Black Mamba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Richard Billberg. Richard Billberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Henry Bergvall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Pucho's Józef Mlynarczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Black Mamba got a corner. Deportivo Pucho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Calistrat Deșliu made a great header on Black Mamba's corner, it was just that Deportivo Pucho's Józef Mlynarczyk managed to reach the ball for a save. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio-Paul Caniggia was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelino Abecia in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Józef Mlynarczyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 63 minutes, Östen Stor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Pucho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Östen Stor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Józef Mlynarczyk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 67th minute Julio Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Billberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Qvalfeldt in the 69th minute of play forced Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper Józef Mlynarczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
