Julian Ekhi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Vázquez in the 36th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Roch Wodaszak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julian Ekhi. That made the score 1-1 in the 38 minute of play. Roch Wodaszak scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julian Ekhi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Vittorio in the 55th minute of play forced Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goalkeeper Julian Ekhi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Vittorio in the 59th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play, La France FC's Hernan Lano made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julian Ekhi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb made a substitution. Sergio Saturno replaced Eustaquio Dabi. Olle Casillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Francescoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulvio Vittorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
