Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mauricio Macías took the kick off in the first half of the match. CERPA's Eugenio Asier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 5th minute of play. If Mauricio Macías had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Asier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ruquense FC's zone, Mauricio Macías stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. François-Xavier Dionnet came out of the goal and Mauricio Macías tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigio Quirze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. François-Xavier Dionnet came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by CERPA's Mauricio Macías. But to his dismay, Mauricio Macías quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of CERPA booed when Ruquense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanni Zalon didn't get a good kick on the ball. François-Xavier Dionnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Macías in the 26th minute of the match. When Basilio Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ruquense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Fernandez couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute Remigio Quirze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Asier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, CERPA's Mauricio Macías sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that François-Xavier Dionnet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, CERPA's Felipe Xabat got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanni Zalon in the 40th minute of play forced CERPA's goalkeeper Eugenio Asier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

CERPA's Ignacio Viviano was substituted for Esteve Seber. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Quirze made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Mauricio Macías left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CERPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Mauricio Macías received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, CERPA's Mauricio Macías made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. François-Xavier Dionnet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Macías in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck François-Xavier Dionnet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruquense FC's Anibal Fiz was substituted for Geovanni Zalon. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Geovanni Zalon got a free kick in the 68th minute. CERPA's Mauricio Macías got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Macías came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauricio Macías sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Aadolf Virolainen got a free kick in the 84th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Macías in the 85th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Fernandez got free with Eugenio Asier in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauricio Macías took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised François-Xavier Dionnet. François-Xavier Dionnet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Mauricio Macías managed to get in a good position for a shot. CERPA's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Macías was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. François-Xavier Dionnet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
