After 34 played minutes, Timmernabben FF's Anton Hegg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ask Stamnes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Timmernabben FF reached it. Tomás Guillen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Tano in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaká Junior was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Timmernabben FF's Nicklas Dalgren got a free kick in the 50th minute. Mauricio Tano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 51st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tomás Guillen. Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 57 played minutes Timmernabben FF got a freekick which was hit by Nicklas Dalgren. Ask Stamnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Sakarias Stephansson could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Ask Stamnes however easily saved by the left post. Tomás Guillen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Tiso, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Boulogne F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
