Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Binne Koppermann kicked off to start the match. Wilton Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo Salgado made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Valter Cardoso sent off a good shot on target. After 11 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Assis. Rodolfo Salgado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Binne Koppermann went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ernani Souto hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devran Aktürk to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, TAQUARI FC's Valer Covaliu got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Ernani Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match TAQUARI FC got a corner. Sporting Clube Patrício's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernard Letourneau ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sporting Clube Patrício's goalie and right to Ernani Souto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sporting Clube Patrício's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Binne Koppermann took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Salgado. Rodolfo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When Chupan Doar fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TAQUARI FC's protests and gave Chupan Doar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sporting Clube Patrício booed when TAQUARI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chupan Doar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Binne Koppermann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Salgado made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Valter Cardoso. Paulo Assis hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Assis. Rodolfo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Lampard got free with Ademar Azevedo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilton Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ademar Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Vale in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute Binne Koppermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by TAQUARI FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Romão Santos was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Clube Patrício's players had a chance to rest. The throw-in from Matei Gafița in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by TAQUARI FC's Ernani Souto. Bernard Letourneau hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the TAQUARI FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sporting Clube Patrício.
