A collision led to FC Blåvitt getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Dag Olofsson hit a great ball. FC Blåvitt's Jarl Bredberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Simonsson in the 11th minute of play. Fang Xing Ang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Staffan Sundén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil Talavera during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jarl Bredberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Simonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Albin Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Honorato Soveral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Blåvitt's Gil Talavera got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Soveral in the 43rd minute of play forced FC Blåvitt's goalkeeper Jarl Bredberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rossoneri XI's Albin Björklund got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Özdilek made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Mehmet Özdilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Bredberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winford McGraw went to the cornerflag to take it. 62 minutes into the match, Gil Talavera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fang Xing Ang. Rossoneri XI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gil Talavera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a rather tough play, FC Blåvitt's Viktor Åkesson got a free kick in the 68th minute. Jarl Bredberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Winford McGraw in the 69th minute. Georg Simonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
