An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Donzel in the 45th minute of play forced Dacians Academy's goalkeeper Stelian Butuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manole Anghel scored 3-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Su Liang Kun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iwo Tamulewicz to make the kick off.
