Roch Banan was slow to take the kick. During this time Janusze Futbolu's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Janusze Futbolu's Raşit Alpaslan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Sercan Özerkin's late challenge caught a Janusze Futbolu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sercan Özerkin helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Dacians Academy getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sercan Özerkin hit a great ball. When Norbert Jaktorowo came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Janusze Futbolu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Jaktorowo couldn't finish the play. Peter-Michael Schmeichel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwo Tamulewicz's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Manole Anghel came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Dacians Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manole Anghel couldn't finish the play. Iwo Tamulewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter-Michael Schmeichel having to make a save. With a little luck, Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel got control of the ball when Manole Anghel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Manole Anghel sent off a good shot on target. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Anghel in the 38th minute of play. Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Tamulewicz in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Janusze Futbolu getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Claudio Caniglia hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Norbert Jaktorowo made the kick off in the second half. Stelian Butuc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Caniglia in the 51st minute of play. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Anghel in the 52nd minute of play. If Norbert Jaktorowo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Butuc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Caniglia in the 58th minute. A collision led to Janusze Futbolu getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vivaldo Trancoso hit a great ball. If Xavi Popescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Fermin Prejun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dacians Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Janusze Futbolu the free kick. In the 68th match minute, Dacians Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Prejun to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, Norbert Jaktorowo lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Stelian Butuc. Janusze Futbolu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roch Banan in the 77th minute. Dacians Academy's attentive Xavi Popescu managed to snatch the ball when Vivaldo Trancoso made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Iwo Tamulewicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Dacians Academy got a corner. Janusze Futbolu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fermin Prejun ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Fermin Prejun almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel did a great save. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Caniglia in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Iwo Tamulewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter-Michael Schmeichel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Peter-Michael Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Tamulewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute Iwo Tamulewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Janusze Futbolu were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Dacians Academy side.
