Silviu Filip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Haritzeder in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmar Roorda in the 12th minute of play forced Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalkeeper Higinio Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to GEOMATİC FK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Birger Rochat hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Indiana Jones in the 14th minute of play forced GEOMATİC FK's goalkeeper Silviu Filip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oğuz Kakisim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Aguilera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 44 played minutes Los Hijos de Doña Beija got a freekick which was hit by Jyrki Sillanpää. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Hijos de Doña Beija's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Birger Rochat was slow to take the kick. During this time GEOMATİC FK's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Los Hijos de Doña Beija made a substitution. Osman Ali Okutan replaced Adan Inge. In the 51st minute, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Indiana Jones dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. With a little luck, GEOMATİC FK's Silviu Filip got control of the ball when Luís Fábio Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line.
