If Simula Drong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcelo Cordairo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isac Wållander showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Breno da Mata came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Canor in the 37th minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, one of Polly Magoo Juniors:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pompiliu Ciutacu shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Ciutacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Breno da Mata made the kick off in the second half. Markus Fågel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno da Mata in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno da Mata in the 52nd minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes Copetonas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Illan. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Felix Txindoki took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Markus Fågel to make any attempt to save it. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno da Mata in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Copetonas AFC booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pompiliu Ciutacu got free with Markus Fågel in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 75 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pompiliu Ciutacu. The supporters of Copetonas AFC booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isac Wållander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Copetonas AFC's Arko Thomaschewski was substituted for Breno da Mata. In the 84th minute Pompiliu Ciutacu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Wållander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Marcelo Cordairo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute Arko Thomaschewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Gösta Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Copetonas AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Polly Magoo Juniors to leave the ground with a draw.
