Marcelo Cordairo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepe Argento, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Marcelo Cordairo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Breno da Mata to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Pepe Argento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Cordairo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Pepe Argento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Cordairo.
