The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Copetonas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pompiliu Ciutacu. Franklin Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno da Mata in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Copetonas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Illan to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Cícero Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Cícero Breckenfeld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Cordairo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Franklin Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno da Mata in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match Copetonas AFC got a corner. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Epifanio Canor ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Kostas Paxinos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Copetonas AFC's Marcelo Cordairo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Porto in the 15th minute of play. Franklin Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franklin Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breno da Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Cícero Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Pompiliu Ciutacu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Copetonas AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience was convinced that Pompiliu Ciutacu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franklin Esteves was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After the first half Copetonas AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marco Hoffmann was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cléberson Munhoz. When Copetonas AFC's Breno da Mata in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Copetonas AFC booed when Agroboys SM - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cícero Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeronimo Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Breno da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Franklin Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Copetonas AFC's Pompiliu Ciutacu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franklin Esteves. Franklin Esteves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Marco Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Cordairo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Franklin Esteves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Breno da Mata's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. With a little luck, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Franklin Esteves got control of the ball when Pompiliu Ciutacu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Breno da Mata came free, but Franklin Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Copetonas AFC made a substitution. Arko Thomaschewski replaced Breno da Mata. Copetonas AFC made a substitution. Domingo Pedroso replaced Casper Fasting. Copetonas AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
