Arvin Lundin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Martins in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner. Pedro Luís da Rocha went to the cornerflag to take it. Dorin Chetrutã hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. FC Douchebags's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arvin Lundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Douchebags's Arvin Lundin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Douchebags from getting a goal against them. Dida Taffarel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Léo Gol went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dida Taffarel came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Douchebags's Léo Gol. But to his dismay, Léo Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 39th match minute, FC Douchebags was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Şoiman to maneuver through the defense. Arvin Lundin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Paraibano in the 40th minute. A collision led to FC Douchebags getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. George Şoiman hit a great ball. FC Douchebags were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Marquês de Herval's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antoni Kapelski took the corner. The corner led FC Douchebags's Antoni Kapelski to fire away a dangerous shot which Dida Taffarel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Léo Gol was the one to do the kick off. Antoni Kapelski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dida Taffarel having to make a save. Gao Xiang Guang kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Dida Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Léo Gol in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Léo Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Léo Gol reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dida Taffarel. The goal made the score 0-3. A throw-in in the 75th minute of the game was made by Acácio Cunha with Nestor Paraibano as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 76 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Samuelsson. In the 80thth minute of the game Nestor Paraibano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Douchebags's Arvin Lundin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
