Pastor Frantzes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Conrad Airpoel kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Pastor Frantzes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo Perón in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Raitin in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beat Vid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Anton Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 27 in the game by Bento Chandeiro from a close distance when the talented Pastor Frantzes managed to make a qualified save. Sajones F.C.'s players were relieved. Beat Vid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Bento Chandeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Pastor Frantzes made a huge save. Beat Vid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Raitin in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Raitin was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Sajones F.C.'s Cesar Quinto got a free kick in the 54th minute. Pastor Frantzes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Chandeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sajones F.C.'s Hugo Raitin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Beat Vid. That made the score 1-1 after 62 minutes of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Hugo Raitin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sajones F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Raitin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sajones F.C.'s Giuseppe Preca was substituted for Hugo Raitin. A sloppy throw-in by Domingo Perón in the 77th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sajones F.C.'s Fidel Macerio. A collision led to Sajones F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ermegildo Quilo hit a great ball. In the 81st minute of the match Domingo Perón sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pastor Frantzes skillfully saved the ball. In the 83rd minute Domingo Perón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Frantzes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuseppe Preca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Beat Vid made a huge save. With a little luck, Aioros FC's Beat Vid got control of the ball when Giuseppe Preca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giuseppe Preca in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 93rd minute Jose Miguel Núñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Frantzes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sajones F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Frantzes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
