Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Max Limont successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Hexo Utd's Max Limont got control of the ball when Tory Pryor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lionel Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulius Rožėnas in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute Paulius Rožėnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Limont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hexo Utd's zone, Téo Rosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Max Limont came out of the goal and Téo Rosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Paulius Rožėnas got free in front of the goal in the 14th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Lionel Paly was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulius Rožėnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Adolfo Brandão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Limont made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Pirmin Jäggi sent off a good shot on target. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Brandão in the 34th minute of play. Lionel Paly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulius Rožėnas's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After 41 minutes of play, Hexo Utd's Paulius Rožėnas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lionel Paly was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vytautas Baikštys in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Max Limont showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulius Rožėnas in the 58th minute of play forced FC Wil 1900's goalkeeper Lionel Paly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Paulius Rožėnas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lionel Paly was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Gražvydas Drąsutis kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Hexo Utd's Jacek Bara was substituted for Vilmantas Kalinauskas. After a rather tough play, Hexo Utd's Gražvydas Drąsutis got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Tory Pryor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hexo Utd's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mar Cheze in the 68th minute. In the 68th match minute, Hexo Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miglius Simonaitis to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Hexo Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Pirmin Jäggi came free, but Max Limont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Leisibach hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Hexo Utd's Jarūnas Saponka was substituted for Adolfo Brandão. A collision led to FC Wil 1900 getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Alex Leisibach hit a great ball. In the 79th minute of the match Jarūnas Saponka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lionel Paly skillfully saved the ball. In the 80th minute of the match, Paulius Rožėnas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lionel Paly saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Tory Pryor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Paulius Rožėnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hexo Utd's Paulius Rožėnas in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Wil 1900's goalie prevented a goal. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC Wil 1900 from getting a goal against them.
