Ulan Bator Football Club's Toon Teunens was substituted for Jérémy Doku. 89 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's Martijn August sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ball Packert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Bal op het Dak's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
