In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Mirko Vervoort, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Mijdrecht Maffia got a freekick which was hit by Arda Heerckes. If Nuralp Başdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Los Muñes de Don Cuco were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Mijdrecht Maffia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guaberto Jacindo took the corner. 西门 亮 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baron Buffon having to interfere. Mijdrecht Maffia's Mirko Vervoort played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuralp Başdemir in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Nuralp Başdemir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when 西门 亮 got free with Baron Buffon in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bradley Barrett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 西门 亮 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Mirko Vervoort managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Rien Oss fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 90 minutes, Rien Oss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rien Oss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goal looked a bit too open when 西门 亮 came free, but Baron Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mijdrecht Maffia's Kurt Holthuis got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Los Muñes de Don Cuco supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Muñes de Don Cuco would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
