GG Team FC's Fortunato Montini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Goretzka in the 3rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Borja in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arcadio Buendia saved Alzaga FC from getting behind. 18 minutes into the game, GG Team FC's Miguel Borja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arcadio Buendia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Fortunato Montini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Goretzka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Goretzka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fortunato Montini having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Goretzka in the 23rd minute of play forced GG Team FC's goalkeeper Fortunato Montini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in GG Team FC's zone, Leon Goretzka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Montini came out of the goal and Leon Goretzka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, GG Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Czornomaz came free, but Fortunato Montini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fortunato Montini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrián Czornomaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Leon Goretzka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Fortunato Montini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, GG Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Bautista came free, but Fortunato Montini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Borja got free with Arcadio Buendia in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Leon Goretzka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adrián Czornomaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Montini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Adrián Czornomaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Montini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fortunato Montini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Czornomaz in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Borja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Miguel Borja left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GG Team FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 61 minutes into the match, GG Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Goretzka came free, but Fortunato Montini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Leon Goretzka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fortunato Montini. The goal made the score 2-1. Alzaga FC's Pablo Ur was substituted for Adrián Czornomaz. A hard shot 78 in the game by Pablo Ur from a close distance when the talented Fortunato Montini managed to make a qualified save.
