Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Borja, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Alvise Cerrone got a throw-in 11 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Maciej Kaznocha. The audience was convinced that Miguel Borja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Barovero was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. GG Team FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bo Dyken in the 15th minute. When Boğaçhan Akyel came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the River CBBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boğaçhan Akyel couldn't finish the play. If Ponciano Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fortunato Montini came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by River CBBA's Ponciano Abarca. But to his dismay, Ponciano Abarca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 35th minute, Amedeo Alfani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Ponciano Abarca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River CBBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 43rd minute, Bo Dyken left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GG Team FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. River CBBA made a substitution. Cipriano Abechuco replaced Varis Birgelis. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Borja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. GG Team FC's Fortunato Montini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arano Abendano in the 56th minute of play. River CBBA made a substitution. Guerau Abeitia replaced Modesto Ado. Matías Almeida got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sergio Batista. Miguel Borja might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Barovero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. River CBBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Funes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Montini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dave De Bartolo struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Marcelo Barovero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GG Team FC. The River CBBA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GG Team FC's performance. The match ended with a win for GG Team FC.
