DALO S.C.'s Isaias Perojo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandros Matsinopoulos in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, DALO S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexandros Matsinopoulos came free, but Isaias Perojo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Perojo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandros Matsinopoulos in the 16th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Mora Liebana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DALO S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mora Liebana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Alexandros Matsinopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Isaias Perojo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexandros Matsinopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Perojo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandros Matsinopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th match minute, DALO S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Vispieres to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, DALO S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexandros Matsinopoulos came free, but Isaias Perojo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chris Draxl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mora Liebana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th match minute, DALO S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Vispieres to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in SK Fenerbahce Wien's zone, Mora Liebana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Draxl came out of the goal and Mora Liebana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandros Matsinopoulos to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to DALO S.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Emilio Vispieres hit a great ball. Isaias Perojo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alexandros Matsinopoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind DALO S.C.'s goalkeeper Isaias Perojo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SK Fenerbahce Wien's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. With a little luck, DALO S.C.'s Isaias Perojo got control of the ball when Eike Hörtnagel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isaias Perojo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eike Hörtnagel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eike Hörtnagel in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaias Perojo saved DALO S.C. from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eike Hörtnagel got free with Isaias Perojo in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 87 in the game by Eike Hörtnagel from a close distance when the talented Isaias Perojo managed to make a qualified save. DALO S.C.'s players were relieved. With a little luck, DALO S.C.'s Isaias Perojo got control of the ball when Eike Hörtnagel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Vispieres hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of DALO S.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SK Fenerbahce Wien:s goal. The referee gave SK Fenerbahce Wien a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eike Hörtnagel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of DALO S.C.'s Isaias Perojo. 1-8. The DALO S.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SK Fenerbahce Wien were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
