Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Giorgio March proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 from getting a goal against them. Fergus León hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Almkvist's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Almkvist in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri saved Club Atlético Escocia from getting behind. Jonas Tauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgio March read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Escocia's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Almkvist came free, but Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Giorgio March, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Christian Almkvist notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Club Atlético Escocia's Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Almkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Club Atlético Escocia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 were winning 1-5.

After some careless play in the Club Atlético Escocia defense, Alessandro Del Piero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri. The Club Atlético Escocia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri should have stopped the shot. After having played for 83 minutes, Alessandro Del Piero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Del Piero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pol Petton in the 85th minute. Roberto-Carlos Abbondanzieri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pol Petton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 85 minute of play. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
