AKHisaR's Peker Baycan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save AKHisaR from getting a goal against them. The supporters of SE7EN booed when AKHisaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergün Özver didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nereo Errapel came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the SE7EN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Errapel couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Necdet Baştugay in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Erik Fransson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Isto Leppiniemi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AKHisaR's Peker Baycan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isto Leppiniemi in the 19th minute of play. With 20 minutes on the clock, Ahmet Harun Ayaydın commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 20 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Harun Ayaydın. In the 21st minute, Isto Leppiniemi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peker Baycan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Sven-Erik Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Necdet Baştugay, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Nereo Errapel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peker Baycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Spets in the 31st minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Remigio Chico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 minutes of play, AKHisaR's Ahmet Necdet Baştugay made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Erik Fransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The SE7EN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AKHisaR were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Otto Spets made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, AKHisaR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reha Dertsiz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Spets in the 53rd minute of play forced AKHisaR's goalkeeper Peker Baycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Necdet Baştugay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Sven-Erik Fransson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Isto Leppiniemi fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SE7EN's protests and gave Isto Leppiniemi a yellow card for diving instead. Isto Leppiniemi hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gwidon Ciupierdo during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes, AKHisaR's Arslan Çubukcu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven-Erik Fransson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. After 79 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Ergün Özver. Otto Spets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Peker Baycan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isto Leppiniemi in the 86th minute of play forced AKHisaR's goalkeeper Peker Baycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peker Baycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Errapel in the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Arslan Çubukcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKHisaR's supporters rose to their feet, but Arslan Çubukcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Erik Fransson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AKHisaR played a much better game than SE7EN and deserved their victory. The SE7EN players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
