This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Edwin van der Sar as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 75th minute, Eero Uusipaavalniemi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Eero Uusipaavalniemi took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Isidoro Maura to make any attempt to save it.
