A beautiful save bye Onsala Ass Kickers's goalie prevented a goal. Edwin van der Sar was a little too slow when David Odman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Rickard Wiklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taisto Pentsinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rickard Wiklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdemar Kuoppala in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Manchester United FC were awarded a corner. Eero Uusipaavalniemi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Manchester United FC's Alfred Laulaja getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Odman in the 12th minute of play forced Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Hans Back hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Kuoppala in the 16th minute of play forced Onsala Ass Kickers's goalkeeper Rickard Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onsala Ass Kickers were furious when Arvid Grönlund was red carded, 18 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 18th minute, Arvid Grönlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskar Giöck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Edwin van der Sar made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Kuoppala in the 21st minute of play forced Onsala Ass Kickers's goalkeeper Rickard Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Markus Vähäsavo got a throw-in 26 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Davide Beckham. After a defensive mix-up in Onsala Ass Kickers's zone, Valdemar Kuoppala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Wiklund came out of the goal and Valdemar Kuoppala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Taisto Pentsinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rickard Wiklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taisto Pentsinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Davide Beckham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Onsala Ass Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Kuoppala came free, but Rickard Wiklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oskar Giöck to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Börje Engström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Onsala Ass Kickers and the Manchester United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Börje Engström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eero Uusipaavalniemi's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Rickard Wiklund - 1-3 was put on the score board in the 56th minute. With a little luck, Onsala Ass Kickers's Rickard Wiklund got control of the ball when Taisto Pentsinen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edwin van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Giöck, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Oskar Giöck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Onsala Ass Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Rickard Wiklund had great luck who in the 64thth minute grab hold of the ball when Taisto Pentsinen from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 65th minute of the match Manchester United FC got a corner. Onsala Ass Kickers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eero Uusipaavalniemi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eero Uusipaavalniemi made a great header on Manchester United FC's corner, it was just that Onsala Ass Kickers's Rickard Wiklund managed to reach the ball for a save. After 71 played minutes Manchester United FC got a freekick which was hit by Markus Vähäsavo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davide Beckham in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rickard Wiklund saved Onsala Ass Kickers from getting behind. When Vincent Nyström fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Onsala Ass Kickers's protests and gave Vincent Nyström a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Onsala Ass Kickers's Vincent Nyström got a free kick in the 80th minute. The long shot by Eero Uusipaavalniemi in the 81st minute really tested Rickard Wiklund's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Oskar Giöck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manchester United FC were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Onsala Ass Kickers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eero Uusipaavalniemi took the corner. 92 minutes into the game, Manchester United FC's Taisto Pentsinen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Wiklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. In the 96th minute, Davide Beckham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manchester United FC played a much better game than Onsala Ass Kickers and deserved their victory. The Onsala Ass Kickers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
