BAC Belgrano de Cba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastián Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 13th minute, Omar Bidun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BAC Belgrano de Cba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A sloppy throw-in by Andres Isadore in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cavaliers FC's Severo Tohias. In the 16th minute, Sebastián Villa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ermegildo Matxin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Teofilo Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Sebastián Villa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. Ermegildo Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Sebastián Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavaliers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastián Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Matxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute Cavaliers FC were awarded a corner. Teofilo Mikeldi went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Cavaliers FC's corner Teofilo Mikeldi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ermegildo Matxin quite easily take care of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's Sebastián Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermegildo Matxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastián Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ermegildo Matxin was a little too slow when Sebastián Villa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 5-1. Ermegildo Matxin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastián Villa in the 44th minute. Sebastián Villa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ermegildo Matxin came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastián Villa slotted it home off the left post making it 6-1 in the 44th minute. Sebastián Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cecilio Sugar to strike the kick off in the second half. Pastor Etxeberri hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cavaliers FC booed when BAC Belgrano de Cba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aming Kuncoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastián Villa in the 53rd minute of the match. Cavaliers FC's attentive Adolfo Umea managed to snatch the ball when Andres Isadore made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Villa in the 63rd minute of play. Marcial Dolfos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute Sebastián Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by BAC Belgrano de Cba's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teofilo Mikeldi was slow to take the kick. During this time Cavaliers FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Teofilo Mikeldi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin did a great save. With a little luck, Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas got control of the ball when Cecilio Sugar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Villegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Sugar. BAC Belgrano de Cba made a substitution. Constantino Lia replaced Ladislao Inko. The supporters of Cavaliers FC booed when BAC Belgrano de Cba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Isadore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Matxin came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavaliers FC's Sebastián Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastián Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ermegildo Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Villa in the 86th minute of play. The throw-in from Andres Isadore in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cavaliers FC's Efrain Villegas. Ermegildo Matxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastián Villa's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The supporters of BAC Belgrano de Cba booed when Cavaliers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Iratxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cavaliers FC made a substitution. Marcos Arano replaced Ambrosio Iratxo. In the 94th minute, Ambrosio Iratxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cavaliers FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while BAC Belgrano de Cba had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
