Laureano Matia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriel Van Dyck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Tiniebra in the 26th minute of play. Zhang Yong Cheng's late challenge caught a Lε COCO SρσяtiV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zhang Yong Cheng helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lε COCO SρσяtiV booed when Uggeløse SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boye Køllov in the 31st minute of play forced Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goalkeeper Laureano Matia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes Uggeløse SIK got a freekick which was hit by Adam Tuck. Uggeløse SIK's Gabriel Van Dyck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Uggeløse SIK from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Tiniebra in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Van Dyck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Lε COCO SρσяtiV fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Carmelo Tiniebra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Carmelo Tiniebra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Van Dyck having to make a save. 46 minutes into the match, Uggeløse SIK's goalkeeper Gabriel Van Dyck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Tiniebra. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmelo Tiniebra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carmelo Tiniebra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Van Dyck having to interfere.
