Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benicio Otoniel got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Ñacuñán AC booed when ADM Taquaras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ñacuñán AC's Benicio Otoniel in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ADM Taquaras's goalie prevented a goal. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Otoniel in the 5th minute of the match. Pedro Mercurio came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff. But to his dismay, Oliver Bierhoff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 12 minutes, Oliver Bierhoff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ADM Taquaras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Bierhoff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel de Godoi charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel de Godoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ADM Taquaras! Oliver Bierhoff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Mercurio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Pedro Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Benicio Otoniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Iraunkor made in the 24th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cosme Lauaxeta immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from Malcolm Westerberg in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ñacuñán AC's Pedro Mercurio. In the 29th minute Oliver Bierhoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Mercurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog was substituted for Wágner Leme. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 39th minute of play forced Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Pedro Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Fero made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cosme Lauaxeta immediately put the ball in play. 46 minutes into the match, Oliver Bierhoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Mercurio. Ñacuñán AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Bierhoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Bierhoff made a kick off. After some careless play in the Ñacuñán AC defense, Oliver Bierhoff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Mercurio. The Ñacuñán AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Mercurio should have stopped the shot. Pedro Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Áron Bódog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 59th minute of play forced Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Pedro Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ñacuñán AC's Astor Guib was substituted for Cosme Lauaxeta. 64 minutes into the game, Oliver Bierhoff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pedro Mercurio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oliver Bierhoff scored 5-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Mercurio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Cléber Palmeira replaced Cido Cabral. In the 76th minute Astor Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Áron Bódog in the 77th minute of the match. If Áron Bódog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Áron Bódog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Mercurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Benicio Otoniel came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ñacuñán AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benicio Otoniel couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the game, ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Mercurio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After a rather tough play, ADM Taquaras's Daniel de Godoi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ADM Taquaras fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ñacuñán AC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
