Crişan Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Lastur in the 21st minute of play forced Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Crişan Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Crişan Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Baumer in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Marciano Min cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Crişan Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute, Saul Baumer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zuberbühler FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After a rather tough play, Ciclista FC's Justo Osorio got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ciclista FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Venancio Calisto was slow to take the kick. During this time Zuberbühler FC's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Marciano Min advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-4 in the 35th minute. Crişan Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Lastur in the 40th minute of the match. The wind increased when Cenan Savlet made the kick off in the second half. Zuberbühler FC's Jonathan Iruinea was substituted for Marciano Min. After having played for 68 minutes, Jacinto Loramendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuberbühler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Loramendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Crişan Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwan Sebzda. Ciclista FC's Crişan Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Baumer in the 73rd minute of play. Crişan Taffarel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 89 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Baumer came free, but Crişan Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Hug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Iruinea in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Crişan Taffarel saved Ciclista FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Jonathan Iruinea put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Crişan Taffarel. When the match was over Zuberbühler FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ciclista FC throughout the match.
