In the 13th minute Martino Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Booth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ekber Merdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Federigo Cuenca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekber Merdan in the 16th minute of the match. The referee ignored Caaguazu's protests and gave Baldomero Vellon a yellow card for diving instead. 36 minutes into the match, Ekber Merdan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Caaguazu's Federigo Cuenca. Federigo Cuenca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Huns's Carl Booth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martino Millan in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, The Huns's Andre Huyterhoeven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federigo Cuenca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Federigo Cuenca came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by The Huns's Ekber Merdan. But to his dismay, Ekber Merdan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Miliano Roza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Carl Booth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Booth made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Paquito Lago sent off a good shot on target. Ekber Merdan scored 8-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federigo Cuenca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caaguazu's Federigo Cuenca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekber Merdan in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Caaguazu's zone, Ekber Merdan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federigo Cuenca came out of the goal and Ekber Merdan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Ekber Merdan made a precise shot to the right of Federigo Cuenca. Caaguazu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Ekber Merdan scored 11-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federigo Cuenca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miroslaw Pazura hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Daniel Rojas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carl Booth skillfully saved the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Huns fans cheered their team off the field, for while Caaguazu had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
