The crowd rose to their feet as Gigel Horhoianu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Téo Silva. That made the score 2-1 in the 15 minute of play. Gong Jun Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Nóbrega in the 21st minute of play. Gong Jun Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Nóbrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Gigel Horhoianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

52 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Iulian Pietreanu fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 58thth minute of the game Iulian Pietreanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pereiras FC's Téo Silva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nelsinho Carneiro during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gong Jun Feng showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
