In the 45th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Claude to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Ciprian Alexe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jurek Dudek narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bitcoin Elbląg reached it. In the 83rd minute Ciprian Alexe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurek Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Álvaro Recoba in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nistor Maghiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Nevada got free with Nistor Maghiar in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nistor Maghiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Álvaro Recoba went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Bitcoin Elbląg's Nistor Maghiar threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Álvaro Recoba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 96 played minutes Bitcoin Elbląg got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Laurgain. The Bitcoin Elbląg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
