Skrwa Sikórz's Przemyslaw Winnicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Freitas in the 3rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inácio Freitas in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Przemyslaw Winnicki saved Skrwa Sikórz from getting behind. 5 minutes into the match, Michael Meertens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Przemyslaw Winnicki. Skrwa Sikórz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Meertens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Zézinho Simões made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Witalis Czysty sent off a good shot on target. MarquinhosEC's Zézinho Simões proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save MarquinhosEC from getting a goal against them. Przemyslaw Winnicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Freitas in the 14th minute of play. Przemyslaw Winnicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curt Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Walczyk in the 18th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Winnicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curt Montes, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goal looked a bit too open when Sufi Kutsan came free, but Zézinho Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zézinho Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, MarquinhosEC's Barrie Deacon got a free kick in the 40th minute. The supporters of MarquinhosEC booed when Skrwa Sikórz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sufi Kutsan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Inácio Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MarquinhosEC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Freitas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Skrwa Sikórz players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MarquinhosEC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inácio Freitas to strike the kick off in the second half. Przemyslaw Winnicki made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Florin Susara sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florin Susara got free with Przemyslaw Winnicki in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Witalis Czysty hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to Skrwa Sikórz getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Witalis Czysty hit a great ball. Witalis Czysty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th match minute, MarquinhosEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Vides to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Witalis Czysty had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zézinho Simões.
