A collision led to Club Sacode Football CIMZ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Afonsinho Andrade hit a great ball. Lucas De Gea was a little too slow when Angelo Pessoa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Angelo Pessoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Lucas De Gea made a huge save. After 8 minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jorge Morais who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Teodoro Freire got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas De Gea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. AM United's David Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Velasco in the 11th minute of play. Angelo Pessoa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas De Gea having to make a save. Angelo Pessoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Lucas De Gea made a huge save. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind AM United's goalkeeper David Bastos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27thth minute of the game Alberto Velasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AM United's David Bastos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Elias Novais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 30 minutes, Alberto Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute of the match Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a corner. AM United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brandur Hendrickson ran over to the corner to take the kick. AM United's David Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Velasco in the 37th minute of play. Elias Novais hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Velasco in the 46th minute of play forced AM United's goalkeeper David Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Pessoa to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alberto Velasco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Bastos having to make a save. If Angelo Pessoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the match, AM United's Angelo Pessoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas De Gea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angelo Pessoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas De Gea having to interfere. The AM United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Sacode Football CIMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Sacode Football CIMZ.
